- Cherry Frozen - 500 Grams
- Water - 3 liters
- Sugar - 250 Grams
Prepare all the necessary ingredients. They are not so much :) In a large saucepan put the cherry and pour cold water. Berry pre-unfreeze is not necessary. Also add about 5-6 tablespoons of sugar. We put the pan on the middle fire and cover it with a lid. Bring it to a boil. Then we leave the compote for 5 minutes, then turn off the fire. We try to see if there is enough sugar. If not enough, then add and mix thoroughly. Then compote again cover with a lid and let it cool completely. After the compote has completely cooled down - it is ready for use. We pour the compote from the cherry into a jug and serve it to the table.
