Pies with cherries

In a deep bowl we sift the flour. Add salt, soda and sugar. Soda can not be extinguished. Per Ingredients:

• Flour - 1,5 Cups
• Sunflower oil - 3 items. spoons
• Spruces - 1/2 cup
• Soda - 1 teaspoon
• Sol - 1 Pinch
• Sugar - 1 Art. a spoon
• Cherry without pits - 300 Grams

Instructions

In a deep bowl we sift the flour. Add salt, soda and sugar. Soda can not be extinguished. Mix with whisk. Add the butter and curdled milk to the dough. We knead the dough with a whisk. We put on the flour-filled working surface the required amount of dough. We mix a little flour to the dough so that we can fill the patty. We form a cake from the dough, put a little cherries in the center of the cake without pits, sprinkle with sugar and wrap the patty, tearing the edges. In a frying pan we warm up the vegetable oil, spread out the patties and fry until golden crust on both sides. Bon Appetit! ;)
