How can I cook chicken? The first thing that comes to mind is stuff it with something. Well, or bake in the oven on a bottle or in foil. It's boring! After all, dishes from a chicken on a festive table take almost a third of the world's book of recipes. There are so many that you can cook one new every day for several years! True, not all of them are simple in execution and are cheap in terms of buying the ingredients. Therefore, we chose the easiest and most accessible ways of cooking chicken. And the most delicious.

Chicken Fries

Products:

1. 1 package of chicken fillet

2. 300 gr. potatoes

3. 100 gr. cheese

4. 200 ml. beer

5. Black and red ground pepper

Preparation:

Chicken is cut into small portions, cheese is also cut into pieces, sprinkled with black and red pepper. Potatoes are cleaned and cut into slices. At the bottom of a large pot laid out a chicken, potatoes around, put cheese on top and it's all poured with beer. Its level is 2-3 fingers from the bottom of the pan. All this is put in a preheated oven to 200 degrees. In this case the pan should be covered with a lid. It is baked for 1 hour, then the lid is opened and left for another 30 minutes. Similar dishes from chicken will be appropriate on any festive table.

Chicken with broccoli

Products:

1. 400 g of chicken fillet

2. 200 grams of broccoli

3. 50 g of blue cheese

4. 3 tablespoons of flour

5. 300-400 ml. milk

6. Pepper

7. 3 table. spoons of soy sauce

8. 3 table. spoons of lemon juice

9. 10 table. spoons of vegetable or olive oil

Preparation:

Broccoli is cut into cubes and marinated for an hour in soy sauce, lemon juice and butter with constant stirring. Then, in a large saucepan in vegetable or olive oil, chicken fillets are stewed. It's enough 7-8 minutes for the chicken to change its color. Then the blue cheese is added to the pan and mixed until completely dissolved, everything is sprinkled with flour and mixed. Milk is gradually added to the resulting thick mixture, then broccoli is added. The resulting mass is stewed for another 2-3 minutes, sprinkled with pepper - and the dish is ready for use.

Chicken with mushrooms and spinach in dough

Products:

1. 1 pack of puff pastry

2. 2 chicken breasts

3. 3 slices of bacon

4. 300 g of peeled spinach

5. 300 g of mushrooms

6. 1 coffee cup grated cheese

7. 1 onion

8. 100 ml of sour cream

9. 2 tablespoons mustard

10. 1 yolk

11. 50 g of butter

12. salt and pepper

Preparation:

Mushrooms and spinach are washed, then cut into thin slices. Onions are cleaned and cut into rings. In a deep frying pan melted butter and put champignons, onions, spinach, all this is stewed for 15 minutes on low heat.

Chicken breasts cut into two parts, turns 6 thin schnitzels. They are fried lightly on both sides, salt and pepper are added to taste. While frying pan with chicken is set aside. Bacon is cut into small cubes and added to vegetables. Cream, salt and pepper are added. The mixture is boiled on low heat for 10 minutes, periodically stirring at the same time.

The dough is rolled on a large sheet, spread with mustard and sprinkled with cheese. On top of the chicken schnitzel is put and topped with a mixture of vegetables. The dough folds and glues together with a small amount of water. Then the cotton wool soaked in yolks, the dough on both sides is smeared. All this is laid in the oven and baked for about 1 hour at a temperature of 180 degrees. After cooking, wait until the dough cools down and cut into thick slices.

Chicken with wine and mushrooms

Products:

1. 1,200 - 1,500 kg. Chicken

2. 4-5 cloves of garlic

3. 200 g of mushrooms

4. 100 g of bacon

5. 40 ml of vegetable oil

6. 500 ml of red wine

7. 100 ml of chicken broth

8. Black pepper

9. bay leaves

10. Thyme

11. salt

Preparation:

The chicken is cut into 8 parts. The small onion heads remain intact, and the large ones are cut into two parts. Garlic and mushrooms are cut into 4-5 parts. All products are stewed for five minutes in oil.

Meat is removed from the bones and fried from all sides. Add vegetables, thyme and bay leaf. Wine and salt are added to taste. All stewed for another ten minutes, then poured with broth and stewed for another 20 minutes. The prepared dish is laid out in a deep plate and decorated with greens.

Chicken in Portuguese

Products:

For chicken:

1. eight chicken legs

2. 1 large onion (cut into rings)

3. 125 g of mushrooms (cut into thin slices)

4. bay leaf

5. 1 red pepper (cut into rings)

For sauce:

1. peel and juice of 1 lemon

2. 1/2 of red pepper (cut into rings)

3. 4 red chili (cut into rings)

4. 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

Preparation:

Sauce: In a small saucepan mixes lemon juice, lemon peel, pepper (burning and sweet red). The mixture is brought to a boil and boils for 15 minutes.
Chicken: In a large frying pan, a chicken, 3 tablespoons of oil are laid and all this is fried until light redness. Add mushrooms and onions, fry for 5 minutes. Put the bay leaf and pour 1 cup of water and 1 spoon of the prepared sauce. All together laid out in a pan and the mixture is stewed over low heat for 20 minutes.

Then pepper is added to the mixture and the weight continues to boil for another 15-20 minutes. The dish is served hot with boiled rice.

Stew from the chicken liver

Products:

1. 4-6 heads of artichokes

2. 500 g of potatoes

3. 3 bulbs

4. 75 g of oil

5. a pinch of sugar

6. Black pepper

7. salt

8. 400 grams of chicken liver

9. 1 tablespoon of vinegar

10. 200 ml of white wine

11. 20 leaves of fresh mint

Preparation:

Artichokes are cut and dipped in a mixture of 200 ml of cold water, 1 tablespoon of salt and 200 ml of white wine vinegar. All this is cooked for 10-15 minutes.

Potatoes are brewed in slightly salted water. Onions are cut into small pieces and laid out in a saucepan with 1/3 of the butter, with sugar, salt, pepper and a few spoons of water. The pan is closed and the onion is left to simmer on low heat until soft. Several tablespoons of oil are added.

Chicken liver is cut, vinegar, wine is added to it and everything is cooked until the liquid evaporates by half. The mixture is mixed with a wooden spoon. Add onions, mint, artichokes and potatoes. If necessary, add a little hot water. All is well stirred and served hot with any side dish. Similar dishes from the chicken on the festive table is just the place.

Chicken in pancakes

Products:

1. 1/2 chicken fillet

2. 250 g of mushrooms

3. 1 onion

4. 1 carrot

5. Black pepper

6. 10 pancakes

7. 3 eggs

8. 100 g of cheese

Preparation:

The chicken is cooked and cut into pieces. Then stewed with chopped onions, carrots and mushrooms, salt and pepper are added to taste.

Cream is poured into the bowl, eggs are broken there, everything is thoroughly mixed. This mixture is blotted pancakes, then they wrapped in a stew mixture with chicken fillet and mushrooms. Pancakes are sprinkled with grated cheese and baked in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes. Served with fresh salad and white wine.

Chicken nuggets

Products:

Preparation:

Meat is cut into small pieces, laid in a pan and lightly fried, then a broth cube dissolved in a glass of water is added. All is mixed for a few minutes, until the meat changes color, cream is added and then with constant stirring, cheese is put. The whole mass is mixed until thickened. If desired, you can add grated cheese on top.

Chicken with yoghurt

Products:

1. 750 g of chicken fillet

2. 2 packs of yogurt

3. 2-3 tablespoons of flour

4. 1 garlic

5. 1 coffee cup fat

6. Spices

Preparation:

Chicken meat is cut into strips and fried. In the pan, yogurt is poured with flour, finely chopped garlic, spices, salt, meat and fat, which is fried. All together baked in the oven until the yoghurt thickens.
