Here they are - our ingredients. As you can see, the ingredients are fairly simple and affordable - nothing exotic. Sweet pepper, cleanse the seeds and membranes, cut into squares. Onions cut into large strips. Finely chop the green onions. A small amount of green onions are left to decorate the ready dish, and the rest is used in cooking. We divide the chicken, cut it into loaves of medium size. Pieces with small cartilages and bones are also suitable. From the remaining bones, you can then boil the soup, but for the preparation of this dish we only need chicken pulp. Pour into the wok half a glass of oil, put on a quick fire. When the oil starts to crackle, throw our peanuts into the wok. Fry about 1-2 minutes, after which the peanut carefully remove from the wok and put it somewhere on a plate. We leave the chicken pulp in the remaining oil in the wax. Fry it on a quick fire until red. As soon as the chicken is browned, add the sliced sweet pepper and a whole hot pepper into the pan. We continue to fry for about 10 minutes. Then add the chopped onions and cloves of garlic to the wok (if large - cut in half, if not large - you can put it whole). After 10 minutes, cloves of garlic to get out of the wok and throw it away (yes, you'll have to catch them all over the wok), and instead put a chopped green onion and a bit of ground ginger into the wok (you can and finely grated fresh). Fry for about 10-15 minutes until all ingredients are soft. In the meantime, prepare the sauce. To do this, mix the soy sauce, flour, brown sugar and about half a glass of warm water. We mix everything thoroughly, filter through a sieve. After the above-mentioned time, fry the chicken with vegetables, add the sauce and peanuts to the wok. Stirring. Stirring, prepare another 5-10 minutes to the desired density of the sauce. Remove from the fire and immediately served. Bon Appetit! :)
