1. In a frying pan, sauté the sausage for breakfast on medium heat. While the sausage is fried, break the eggs into a bowl. 2. Beat with 1/4 cup of milk in half with cream. Stir, then add salt and black ground pepper to taste. Turn sausage over and continue frying on the other side. 3. Drain the liquid from jalapeño.
