In fact, this is the simplest way to taste deliciously chicken fillet - lemon and garlic gives this meat a very pleasant taste. A dish for those times when there is absolutely no time to cook, but you want something unusual. Good luck! Recipe for chicken fillet with lemon and garlic: 1. Chicken breasts must be properly discouraged. Where the places are thickest, we beat off more intensively - the breast should become quite thin. 2. Chop the chicken fillets in small strips, of course - along the fibers (this is a chicken). Shallot cut into small enough, likewise finely chopped garlic. Parsley is chopped very finely. 3. In a frying pan warm up the olive oil, fry in it onions and garlic, seasoned with paprika. Fry literally 1-2 minutes. Then we put the fillet in the pan and fry it for another 3-4 minutes, constantly stirring. 4. Add to the chicken parsley, juice of one lemon (or lime), salt and pepper. Stirring, we extinguish 3-4 more minutes - and remove it from the fire. Serve immediately, until it is cold. Bon Appetit!
