Cooking in the manner of styre-fray The desire for a healthy lifestyle is not only the rejection of bad habits and exercise. To maintain health, you need to eat right. Many nutritionists do not advise eating fried foods, however, there is a way of roasting products that allows you to keep a maximum of vitamins in them, and at the same time cook delicious meals in a matter of minutes. This method is styre-frai, which in the literal translation sounds like "fry and mix." Despite the English name, the dishes cooked in this way came to us from the East. There, for this use a special frying pan wok with a convex bottom. All products placed in this form tend to get to the center, to the source of maximum heat, so they must be constantly stirred, so that the dish is cooked evenly. Stir-frai from chicken with mushrooms and sweet pepper is also better to cook in a wok, but for want of such it is possible to take a deep frying pan with a thick bottom. The main condition is that it needs to be heated very well and cooked on high heat. In general, you can fry all the ingredients individually until ready, and then mix. We offer you a simpler and more customary option, but in it, chicken pieces are fried separately and in portions.
Ingredients:- Chicken thigh 800 g
- Mushrooms champignons 200 g
- Pepper sweet 1 pc.
- Onions 1 pc.
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Fresh ginger 20 g
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 2 tbsp. l.
- Soy sauce 5 tbsp. l.
- Vinegar rice 2 tsp.
- Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
- Step 1 To prepare the dish, take 5-6 chicken thighs, onion, garlic, sweet pepper, mushrooms, fresh ginger (about 2-3 cm root root) and soy sauce.
- Step 2 The buds are well washed, remove the skin, remove the meat from the bone and cut with strips.
- Step 3 Champignons and sweet peppers washed and cut into thin plates.
- Step 4 Onion, garlic and ginger clean and finely chop.
- Step 5 Prepare the sauce by combining 5 tbsp. l. soy sauce, 1 tbsp. l. rice or apple cider vinegar and 1 tbsp. l. Sahara.
- Step 6 In a deep frying pan heat 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil and fry chicken to a ruddy color over a large fire. Then put the meat in a bowl and set aside for a while.
- Step 7 In the same frying pan fry the onion, ginger and garlic for 1-2 minutes.
- Step 8 Then add the mushrooms and sweet pepper.
- Step 9 Fry everything over medium heat, stirring constantly, 5-7 minutes.
- Step 10 Then add the cooked sauce and chicken.
- Step 11 Cooking together 3-4 minutes.
- Step 12 Serve hot as a separate dish or, for example, with rice.
