Ingredients:- Chicken fillet 600g
- Soy sauce 80 ml
- Wine red dry 100 ml
- Badyan (star anise) 2 stars
- Cinnamon sticks 1 stick
- Fresh ginger 2 tsp.
- Olive oil 3 tbsp. l.
- Sugar 2 tbsp. l.
- Step 1 To prepare the dish, take the large chicken fillet, soy sauce, red dry wine, ginger, spices and olive oil.
- Step 2 Chicken fillet is well washed and cut into pieces.

- Step 4 In a large frying pan, heat up the olive oil, add 80 ml of soy sauce, 100 ml of wine, a cinnamon stick, 2 badyan stars, 2 tbsp. l. sugar and rubbed ginger - it's good to warm everything for 2-3 minutes.
