Knead the dough into a large bowl, then roll out the 13-inch base. Bake cake at 200 C for 10 minutes. Lubricate 1 side of the base with mayonnaise and mustard. Then put the stuffing in this order: Grated Monterey Jack cheese, basil, turkey pieces, bacon, sliced tomato and Swiss cheese. Bake pizza in the oven at 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
