When our chicken is fried to a golden crust from all sides, we reduce the fire to a minimum, we report to it our sorrel, which can simply be torn into small pieces directly into the pan. Cover the lid and stew for several minutes. 4. So, our sorrel has darkened and slightly let the juice - we mix everything together in a frying pan, and pour it over first with juice and cream. Juice can be replaced with ordinary water - the taste will turn out to be less original, but technologically the dish will be almost the same. 5. Once again, mix everything thoroughly, add salt and spices. 6. We put everything together under the lid for another ten minutes from the force and remove it from the fire. The dish by this time will be completely ready.
