- Sorrel - 10 Grams
- Peach - 50 Grams
- Feta cheese - 50 Grams
- Honey - 1 teaspoon
- Balsamic vinegar - 1 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 2 items. spoons
- Pepper - 1 Pinch
These are our ingredients. Peach mine, remove the bone from it and cut into slices (as in the photo). Fry the peach slices in a dry frying pan for about 30 seconds on each side. If the pan is bad and are afraid that it will burn - drop a little oil. On the serving plate lay out the washed and dry leaves of sorrel, on top of them - roasted peaches. We crumble the feta cheese, salt, pepper and top with a mixture of honey, balsamic and olive oil. Done!
