Mexican snack Nachos is Mexico's favorite snack, which was invented in 1943 by one resourceful restaurant manager. The original nachos consisted of only three ingredients: salted and deep-fried tortilla chips, melted cheddar cheese and chili pepper. In Mexico, this snack is served with various sauces of Salsa, Taco, melted cheese, salads and fresh avocado. The tortilla chips are made from corn flour.
