Green cupcakes Mini-cakes with rich taste and aroma of green tea! Such cupcakes can be boldly prepared with cocoa powder, orange peel, pumpkin puree - there will always be cupcakes with new flavors! I really love pastry with powdered matte tea, the dough turns out so fragrant, and even seemingly unusual, so today I decided to cook just such green keksiki! And, of course, baking in the microwave oven is a minimum of time! Try it!
Ingredients:- Eggs chicken 1 pc.
- Butter 50 g
- Sugar 2.5 tbsp. l.
- Baking powder 0.75 tsp.
- Wheat flour 4 tbsp. l.
- Sugar powder 1 tbsp. l.
- Matcha Tea 5g
- Cream 30 ml
- Step 1 To prepare cupcakes with matte tea in a microwave we need wheat flour, sugar, powdered sugar, chicken egg, butter, powdered green matte tea, baking powder, cream of 20% fat.
- Step 2 We connect the sugar and the egg. Beat the mixer until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
- Step 3 Add the soft butter to the mixture, whisk again with a mixer.
- Step 4 We combine the flour, baking powder and matte tea in a separate bowl. Stirring.
- Step 5 Pour the dry ingredients into the egg-and-oil mass.
- Step 6 Stir until uniform.
- Step 7 Pour in the cream, stir the dough again.
- Step 8 We spread the dough into molds, which can be put into a microwave oven. The dough should fill the molds with 2/3 of the total volume, as it bakes well when baking.
- Step 9 Bake in the microwave for 5 minutes at 800 watts.
- Step 10 Take out the ready-made cakes from the molds, let them cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar, mixed with the tea matte, serve for the dessert table.
