If the cherry is fresh - it needs to be cleaned from the bones, if frozen - then first defrost (preferably at room temperature, in extreme cases - in the microwave in the appropriate mode), and then cleanse the pits. If the cherry was thawed, do not forget to throw it back in the colander, so that the glass is superfluous. In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, eggs and sugar. We knead well with a fork. Add flour, cocoa and cinnamon. We continue to stir. A teaspoon of soda is quenched with vinegar and also added to the dough. Finally, gently mix dough into the dough. Part of the berries left for decoration. Stir must be carefully, so that the berries do not turn into a mess. We pour the resulting dough into a baking dish, warm up the oven to 180 degrees, bake for 30 minutes. We remove the prepared cake from the mold, lightly cool it on the grate.
