Chocolate cookies with hazelnuts

Spoon two baking sheets with baking paper or parchment paper, set aside. Melt 2 cups of chocolate chips in a heat-resistant bowl, set in a pot of boiling water. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly. In a small bowl, mix together the flour, salt, soda and baking powder, set aside. Whisk together the butter and sugar in an electric mixer for about 2 minutes. Add eggs, one at a time, whisking after each addition. Add the vanilla and mix. Mixer at medium speed beat the mixture with melted chocolate. Reduce the speed and gradually add flour. Add the remaining chocolate chips, nuts and cherries. Using a pastry scoop, put the dough on a prepared baking sheet, forming a biscuit, at a distance of 2 cm from each other. Put in the fridge and cool for about 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Bake the biscuits for about 15 minutes. Allow the liver to cool for 5 minutes on a baking sheet. Put the cookies on the grill and allow to cool completely.
