Chocolate ice cream

WHAT DO YOU NEED:


• 300 ml cream
• 3 egg whites
• 0.5 lemon
• 80 g of powdered sugar
• 100 g of sugar
• 0.3 tsp. vanilla sugar
• 50 g chocolate


WHAT TO DO:


1. Break half the chocolate into pieces. Cook the cream with sugar and vanilla sugar over low heat for 20 minutes. Add chocolate, cook for 10 minutes.

2. Cool and beat. The remaining chocolate grate, pour into a bowl with cream. Beat egg whites with powdered sugar and lemon juice and add to the cream. Mix gently. Pour into a container and put in a freezer. After 3 hours, remove, beat with a mixer and return to the freezer for another 3 hours.
