- Dill, bunch - 1 piece (plus one bunch for sauce)
- Olive oil - 3 items. spoons
- Green onion for garnish - To taste (plus one bunch for sauce)
- Sour Cream - 150 Grams (sauce)
- Mayonnaise - 150 grams (sauce)
- Mustard - 1 st. spoon
- Fresh cucumber - 1 Piece (sauce)
- Egg - 2 Pieces (sauce)
- Salt, black pepper - To taste (sauce)
1. Peel fish, rinse and cut into 4 portions. Season with spices and salt. 2. Cut lemon ringlets, dill just rinse. At the bottom of the glass form, oiled, put half of the lemon and dill. Lay out all the pieces of fish and sprinkle with lemon juice. On top of the fish put the remaining lemon and dill. Close the form tightly with foil. Fish should be marinated for 2-3 hours. Preheat the oven and place it there with the fish, without opening the foil. The fish is baked for 30-40 minutes. 3. During this time, you can prepare the sauce. Boil the eggs and finely chop. Cucumber, dill and green onion finely chopped. In a separate dish, pour the sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard. Add there ready-made eggs and greens, salt and pepper. Mix everything. 4. Put the fish on the dish, decorate with lemon and green onions. Serve the baked salmon with the sauce.
