Galantine or Galantine cocktail filling is just an amazing festive dish! Chicken without bonbons, with a delicious and "rich" stuffing: ham, cheese, paprika, mushrooms - great combination, agree! This recipe will not leave anyone indifferent! It is possible to cut the chicken without difficulty in portions right at the time of the meal, and preferably not immediately from the heat, with the zhyro, and let the dish cool down a little so that the filling keeps the shape.
Ingredients:- Chicken 1.5 kg

- Ham 200 g
