Preheat the oven to 190 ° C. Prepare the pan, cover it with parchment paper.

Mix the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt and soda. Mix the mixer for 2 minutes with a mixer. Add sugar and whisk at medium speed until a lush, light weight is obtained. Thoroughly beat, one by one, add two eggs. Gradually sprinkle the flour, mixing until smooth.

Add chocolate, nuts and mix with a wooden spoon. Dip your hands into the flour (the dough turns out to be quite sticky) and place the dough on the flour-poured surface. Divide it in half and form two 30 cm long loaves.

Lay them on a baking sheet and lightly flatten them from above. Whisk the egg whites and oil the loaves. Sprinkle with sugar.

Bake for 25 minutes. Transfer the loaves to the cutting board and cool for 25-30 minutes.

Reduce the oven temperature to 150 ° C. Cut the loafs diagonally into slices 2.5 cm thick. Place the slices on the grill and bake for 30 minutes.
