- sweet rolls - 4 pieces
- mayonnaise - 1/2 cup
- mustard - 1/4 Glass
- pound thinly chopped boiled ham - 1 piece
- pound thinly chopped fully prepared pork - 1 piece
- chopped Swiss cheese - 1 piece
- marinated dill - 1 glass
- melted butter - 2 items. spoons
Cut the bun for a sandwich in half and spread it with mustard and mayonnaise. For each sandwich, put an equal amount of Swiss cheese, ham and pork in the exact order indicated. Put a little dill and cover with the top of the bun. Lubricate the top with melted butter. Put each sandwich into a sandwich press to heat to medium heat. If you do not have a press for a sandwich, you can use a large frying pan, heated over medium heat. Grill with a lid is also good for this. Cook for 5 - 8 minutes. When using a frying pan, you can turn them one time for toasting. Cut diagonally and serve hot.
