- Red fish fillets (chunks) - 4 pieces
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Bay leaf - 4 pieces
- Salt, pepper - - To taste
- Bulb - 1 piece
Prepare all the ingredients. I had a salmon, sliced for portioned fillets-pieces (4 pieces). If you just have a large loin of fish - cut into portions. The form for baking is covered with foil, at the bottom we spread the rings with sliced onions. Add the bay leaf and bell pepper. Lemon is cut into 8 thin slices and also put in a mold. Each piece of salmon rubbed with salt and pepper, and then put it into shape. Water the fish with the juice of the remaining lemon (if not left - take a new, lemon juice is mandatory). We cover the fish with foil. The oven is heated up to 210 degrees. We put in it a shape with a fish for 20 minutes. We remove the prepared fish from the oven and serve with a side dish and a favorite sauce. Bon Appetit! :)
