Ingredients:- Pork loin without rib 500 g
- Eggs chicken 2 pcs.
- Garlic 3 denticles
- Brown sugar 2 tsp.
- Salt 1.5 tsp.
- Pepper black with peas 6 pcs.
- Corn flour 5 tbsp. l.
- Olive oil 4 tbsp. l.
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 100 ml
- Step 1 To prepare piquant pork chops we need pork loin without ribs, garlic, brown sugar, salt, black pepper peas, sunflower refined oil, olive oil, chicken eggs, corn flour.
- Step 2 Pork loin without rib is cut into portions by pieces of about 1 cm in thickness.
- Step 3 We beat off pieces of meat.
- Step 4 Eggs and a pinch of salt are beaten with a fork in a flat plate.
- Step 5 In a mortar we combine sugar, salt, black pepper with peas.
- Step 6 Mashing to the state of a homogeneous mixture.
- Step 7 Pour olive oil into the mortar and add crushed garlic.
- Step 8 Once again, grind the marinade.
- Step 9 We carefully lubricate the pork chops from both sides with the prepared marinade. We put the meat in the refrigerator, covered with food film, for at least 30 minutes.
- Step 10 After the meat is blotted, dip it from two sides into the egg mixture.
- Step 11 Next we pan in corn flour, also from two sides.
- Step 12 Fry spicy chops on a hot frying pan on sunflower refined oil.
- Step 13 Roast on two sides until golden brown.
- Step 14 We serve piquant pork chops in a hot form for lunch. Garnish with mashed potatoes, fresh or salted vegetables!
