Spread the fruit on a cutting board. Using a very sharp knife, cut the peel and cut the melon into about 24 thin slices. Pour the melon juice into a bowl. Cut the pineapples along into slices, and then into thin slabs. Pineapple juice, along with melon juice, add to honey and mix. To collect rolls, put slices of melon vertically on a cutting board. Twist the roll. Cut the base so that the rolls stand well on the dish. Serve with honey sauce.
