Sweet curd cakes I love cottage cheese pastries! Ready-made products from curd dough are always successful and tasty, and these cupcakes are no exception! From this amount of ingredients you get 6 large and 6 small cupcakes, you can also bake one big cupcake or even a pie! A minimum of effort - and on your table beautiful sweet keksiki, maximum pleasure and pleasure with every bite!
Ingredients:- Cottage Cheese 260 g
- Flour, wheat 250 g
- Sugar 180g
- Eggs chicken 3 pcs.
- Sour cream 4 tbsp. l.
- Potato starch 100 g
- Baking powder 2 tsp.
- Step 1 For the preparation of curd cakes we will need such products: cottage cheese, wheat flour, potato starch, chicken eggs, sour cream, sugar, baking powder.
- Step 2 We connect the eggs and sugar.
- Step 3 Whisk until smooth.
- Step 4 Put cottage cheese and sour cream in the bowl of the blender.
- Step 5 Whisk at high speed, several times shaking the blender bowl. We will get a homogeneous (or almost homogeneous) curd mass.
- Step 6 Transfer the curd mass to the egg-sugar mixture.
- Step 7 Stir.
- Step 8 Mix the flour, potato starch and baking powder, mix, mix, pour into the egg-curd mixture.
- Step 9 We knead the dough. By consistency it will not be liquid, sticky.
- Step 10 We spread the dough on oil-lubricated molds (occupying 2/3 of the total volume of the mold) - I got 6 large and 6 small cupcakes.
- Step 11 Bake in preheated to 200 C oven for 10 minutes, then another 15 minutes at a temperature of 180 C. We serve cupcakes for dessert, sprinkled with powdered sugar.
