Appetizer-dressing from cottage cheese with greens Most of us are accustomed to eat cottage cheese with sour cream and sugar or in its pure form, and in the Armenian cuisine it is often added with herbs, garlic and spices. It turns out a great independent dish and a win-win snack, which increases appetite. If you sit on a diet, then you can replace butter with low-fat kefir, and then if the cottage cheese is dry and crumbly. If you cook for the whole family, then for the children separate the portion before you add garlic and pepper - they can put these spices less. Most often, cottage cheese with garlic is prepared as a filling for stuffing sweet peppers, tomatoes, tartlets or wafer tubs, it can be spread on a sandwich made of black bread, put on a toast or cracker. If very tightly stuffed with a filling of Bulgarian pepper, and then cut it into "shaybochki" and fry it on both sides in oil, you will get a great hot appetizer. On the festive table, a plate with colorful vegetable slices filled with a marble white-green mixture of cottage cheese with garlic, and time for cooking will take very little. This appetizer of cottage cheese with garlic proves once again that useful food can be very tasty!
Ingredients:- Curd 250g
- Butter 50 g
- Parsley fresh 1 bunch
- Cilantro fresh 1 bunch
- Garlic 1 clove
- Salt 1 pinch
- Pepper black ground 0.5 tsp.
- Step 1 Mix cottage cheese with a pinch of salt and black ground pepper.
- Step 2 1 large clove of garlic clean and crush with a knife or squeeze through a garlic squeezer.
- Step 3 Cilantro and parsley finely chopped - you will need 1-2 handfuls of each herb.
- Step 4 Butter should be softened.
- Step 5 We connect all the ingredients.
