Cottage Cheese Recipe Cottage cheese casserole is an ideal option for a hearty breakfast or light dinner. In addition, it is suitable for children and dietary nutrition. The basis of it - cottage cheese, eggs (2-3 pieces per kilogram), a little mango or flour (no more than 3-5 spoons, otherwise the casserole will turn out not so tender). Cottage cheese is pre-wiped through a sieve or thoroughly kneaded, so that there are no lumps. Eggs before you enter into cottage cheese, it is better to whip with a whisk or a mixer. All ingredients must be mixed thoroughly. This is the basis, and everything else depends on your imagination. In curd casserole you can add dried fruits, spices, berries, fresh fruit. We decided to add candied fruits and turned out a colorful and bright casserole, which is sure to please children for their cheerful coloring.
Ingredients:- Cottage cheese 450 g
- Milk 150 ml
- Eggs chicken 2 pcs.
- Candied fruit 70 g
- Wheat flour 4 tbsp. l.
- Baking powder 0.25 tsp.
- Sugar, vanilla 25 g
- Sugar 3 tbsp. l.
- Step 1 For casserole take cottage cheese 9-15%, eggs, milk, candied fruits, sugar, flour and baking powder.
- Step 2 Cut the candied fruit.
- Step 3 Separate the proteins from the yolks. Rice yolks with cottage cheese.
- Step 4 Add the milk, sugar, vanilla sugar and mix.
- Step 5 Insert the flour and baking powder and mix well.
- Step 6 Add the candied fruits.
- Step 7 Whip the whites in a tight foam.
- Step 8 Add the proteins to the curd mass and gently mix.
- Step 9 Lubricate the mold with oil or cover with baking paper and put it in the oven, heated to 180 degrees.
- Step 10 Bake until golden brown (about an hour).
