To clean a grapefruit, it is obligatory to clear of white partitions, they bitter. Remove the zest from one orange, cut into strips. Zedra pour cold water, boil for 5 minutes, drain the water, pour again and boil for 5 minutes, so that bitterness has gone. To the grapefruit, add the zest, sugar. Bring to a boil. Cook on low heat for about 2 hours, at the end add cinnamon. Leave the jam for about half an hour. It should thicken. Finish the jam on the jars. Bon Appetit!
