If you do not like celery, then you have not cooked it properly. Risk another chance :) I'm telling you how to make soup-puree from celery: 1. Clean and chop the onion. Garlic cloves are cleaned and finely chopped. 2. Lightly fry onion and garlic in butter. It is convenient to do this immediately in a saucepan, in which we will cook soup. 3. Clean the celery root and potatoes. Mine and cut into small cubes. 4. Add potatoes and celery to onions and garlic and fry for a couple of minutes. 5. Fill with water and salt. cook until ready. 6. We remove the finished vegetables from the fire, add cream, pepper and whisk with a blender. if the soup turns dense - add either boiled water or cream. I recommend to serve the soup immediately, while it is hot. Sprinkle with herbs and serve him croutons. Bon Appetit!
