To taste, the meat of krill is very similar to the taste of crab shelves or rather shrimp. The salad offered is very versatile and easy to carry out. And as it is convenient to adjust for their taste preferences. Constant ingredients are krill meat, eggs and mayonnaise (of course, better home), and other products may vary. We suggest adding fresh cucumber and green onions, but canned corn, pineapple or sweet and sour apple are also very appropriate in this salad.
Ingredients:- Meat of krill 200 g
- Eggs of chicken 4 pcs.
- Cucumber 1 pc.
- Green onion 0.25 bunch
- Mayonnaise 2 tbsp. l.
- Salt 1 pinch
- Step 1 To prepare the salad you will need krill (conservative) meat, eggs, a small fresh cucumber, 4-5 green onions, mayonnaise and salt.
- Step 2 Cucumber well washed and cut into cubes.
- Step 3 Chicken eggs boil hard (dip into cold water and cook for 10 minutes from the moment of boiling) and cut into cubes.
- Step 4 Combine the meat of krill, eggs, cucumber, finely chopped green onions and 1-2 tablespoons of mayonnaise.
- Step 5 Mix well the salad, add salt to taste.
