Instructions

Boiled potatoes must be cut into cubes. To make minced meat, very finely chop the crab meat, which is mixed with a small amount of mayonnaise, potatoes and vinegar. Add also pepper and salt to taste there, after which all thoroughly mix. Cucumbers are peeled, cut into two parts along, and all seeds are removed from each of the halves. The finished cavity in the vegetable is filled with harvested minced crab. On a flat dish, lettuce leaves are laid out, on top - cucumbers, which are decorated with parsley.
