- flour - 11/2 Glass
- baking powder - 2 teaspoons
- salt - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
- melted unsalted butter, plus oil for the form - 6 st. spoons
- sugar for the form - Part 1
- plus 2 tablespoons light brown sugar - 3/4 Cups
- milk - 1/2 cup
- Big Eggs - 2 Pieces
- apples, peeled and sliced - 700 Grams
- blackberry - 1 cup
- ground cinnamon - 1/4 teaspoons
- whipped cream, for decoration (optional) - 1 Piece
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Lubricate the baking dish and sprinkle with sugar. Mix flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Beat together the melted butter, 3/4 cups of brown sugar, milk and eggs. Add the mixture to the flour. Pour the dough into the prepared form. On top, place the pieces of apples and sprinkle with blackberries. Gently press the apples and the blackberry into the dough. Mix the remaining 2 tablespoons of brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle the cake top. Bake until golden brown, apples will not become soft, about 55 minutes. Let it cool down. Decorate with whipped cream at will.
