To cook such a casserole, rinse and rinse the rice, then soak for 2 to 3 hours in cold water. Carrots clean and cut into strips. Wipe the cottage cheese, carrots and soaked rice, mix together and salt. Put on a baking sheet, then put in an oven, heated up to 180 degrees, bake for 20 minutes. To cook the casserole, first disassemble the broccoli on the inflorescences, cut the kohlrabi into quarters, and then slices. Blanch broccoli with kohlrabi in boiling water, salted, for 5 minutes, then pour into a colander and rinse quickly with cold water. Grease the baking dish. Lay out the vegetables. Pepper cut into small cubes. Then prepare the sauce: pass the flour in the oil. Slowly pour in the milk, stir, then boil the sauce, pepper and salt. Pour the sauce over the vegetables.
