Casserole with turkey fillet Very tasty casserole with pieces of turkey fillet, crowbar of tomatoes and apples, and all this under a tasty cheese crust! Do not be confused by the presence of an apple - this dish will only benefit; only one condition - the apple should be juicy and hard! Serve the casserole in a hot form, decorating the greens.
Ingredients:- Turkey fillet 380g
- Cheese hard 100 g
- Apple 1 pc.
- Tomatoes 1 pc.
- Onions 1 pc.
- Butter 100 g
- Breadcrumbs 2.5 tbsp. l.
- Salt 0.5 tsp.
- Pepper black ground 0.25 tsp.
- Step 1 To make a delicious casserole we need a turkey fillet, a juicy hard apple, tomato, onion, hard cheese, butter, breadcrumbs, salt and black ground pepper.
- Step 2 Cut the turkey fillet into small pieces, fry until golden in half the whole norm of butter, salt and pepper in the process of roasting.
- Step 3 Apple and my tomato, onions are cleaned. At an apple we delete a tail and a core, at a tomato we cut out a peduncle. We chop the onion, tomato and apple with thin half rings.
- Step 4 We rub the hard cheese on a large grater.
- Step 5 Put the pieces of roasted turkey fillet on the bottom of the baking dish.
- Step 6 On the meat lay onions half rings.
- Step 7 On the onion, put a whole layer of tomato slices.
- Step 8 The next layer is slices of apples.
- Step 9 Close apples with grated cheese, evenly spreading it over the surface of the casserole.
- Step 10 Sprinkle the cheese with breadcrumbs.
- Step 11 Cut the remaining oil (50 g) into small cubes and lay it on the surface of the casserole.
- Step 12 Bake at 200 C until golden brown. We serve delicious meat casserole in a hot form for lunch, cut into portions.
