- Carrots - 200 Grams
- Milk - 1/4 Cups
- Flour - 1 Art. a spoon
- Butter - 2 Art. spoons
- Salt, sugar - - To taste
Carrots are clean, mine and boil for a couple until ready. Boil the boiled carrots in a puree with a blender. Flour the flour with butter and add it to the carrot puree. In the mixture, add milk, as well as salt and sugar to taste. Stirring. Mix the mixture on a slow fire and, stirring constantly, bring to a boil. Then remove from the fire and serve it to the table. Carrot puree is ready!
