Dessert "Confusion"

Prepare meringue from egg whites and 100 g of powdered sugar. Ingredients:

• egg whites - 2 pieces
• powdered sugar - 100 Grams
• Strawberry - 200 Grams
• cream - 200 milliliters
• Vanilla Sugar - 30 Grams

Instructions

Prepare meringue from egg whites and 100 g of powdered sugar. Make a shape the size of a strawberry. Bake. Prepare the strawberries, cut into 2-4 pieces, depending on their size. Ideally, the parts should be about the same size as the meringue. Make whipped cream from cream and vanilla sugar. Add the strawberries and meringues to a bowl. Mix gently. And immediately serve.
