Day. Before you go to dinner, drink a glass of water. Drink slowly, holding the liquid in your mouth. Slow flow of water into the body will saturate every cell with curative moisture, and a full stomach will require much less food than absolutely empty. Thus, without suffering from hunger for a family dinner, you eat much less than usual.

Another useful and healthy business that you can do, not at the expense of your mood, but for the benefit of your figure, is a small afternoon walk. Take with you a spouse, children, a faithful dog - and forward. Are you ready to sacrifice afternoon nap for your health and beauty? Go the whole company to the nearest park!


Evening. Try to get into the sauna today. Prepare oils and scrubs, face masks, hair and body. Be sure to take herbal tea with you in the thermos.

Day. Make an appointment with your girlfriends. Not in the usual coffee house, but in the nail bar. As a result, you will kill two birds with one stone: enjoy pleasant communication and make a manicure. At the same time, notice, you do not consume calories!


Evening. This time of dancing. If you do not have a familiar dance teacher who could give you a couple of lessons with your friends, go dance to the club.
