- flour - 1 cup
- cocoa - 1/2 cup
- soda - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
- salt - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
- milk chocolate - 120 grams (large-sliced)
- 1/2 cup butter
- M & M's - 3/4 Cups
- sugar - 1 1/2 cups
- Big Eggs - 2 Pieces
- extract of vanilla - 1 teaspoon
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Mix together the flour, cocoa powder, soda and salt, set aside. Melt the chocolate and butter in a small heat-resistant bowl, placing it in a pot of boiling water. Allow to cool slightly. Beat the chocolate mixture, sugar, eggs and vanilla in a bowl with an electric mixer at medium speed. Reduce the speed and gradually add a mixture of flour. Add candy to M & M's. Using ice cream, lay the dough on a baking sheet, forming a cookie, 5 cm apart. Bake until cracks appear on the surface, about 15 minutes. Cookies should be soft. Allow to cool on sheets for baking. The cookie can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
