My tomatoes, we cut out a stiff peduncle. Then each tomato is cut into 4 parts. Put the quarts of tomatoes on a baking sheet, lightly oiled with olive oil. Above, generously sprinkle tomatoes with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt, black and red pepper. Spread the garlic cloves on tomatoes. We put a baking sheet with tomatoes in the oven, preheated to 80 degrees oven. Dry the tomatoes for 10 hours. After 10 hours, the tomatoes will look something like this. At the bottom of the jar, in which we will store tomatoes, pour a little olive oil. We fill the jar with dried tomatoes, garlic, fresh basil. Oil with tomato juice from the baking tray, too, poured into the jar. The remaining space in the pot is filled with olive oil. Close the jar - and that's it! Keep the dried tomatoes in the oven in the refrigerator.
