In the best case, we warm up yesterday's dinner, most often sandwiches with sausage or cheese, and sometimes we do not eat anything, because nothing was left from dinner, and the sausage was simply forgotten to be bought. Although if there are eggs in the refrigerator, you can fry a traditional scrambled eggs or scrambled eggs. But fried eggs every morning quickly get bored. Therefore, sometimes you can cook from eggs another dish, for example, an omelette with mushrooms and chicken liver. If you stand literally 15 minutes early or prepare the necessary ingredients from the evening, it will not even be an omelet, but a real masterpiece of culinary art, which you can eat both as an independent dish and as a component of sandwiches. Such a breakfast from an omelette with mushrooms will help you to work peacefully until lunch, without feeling hungry and wanting to have something to eat dry. An omelet with chicken liver and mushrooms is perfect for a not too late dinner - it does not have many calories, which are so afraid of women following the figure. You can experiment by replacing mushrooms and liver with sausage, shrimps, spinach or other foods you like. If you do not have a liver, then during the beating of eggs, you can add a handful of grated cheese to them or sprinkle them with an almost ready dish and put it for several minutes in a preheated oven to form a ruddy crust.

- Chicken liver 150 g
