- cranberry fresh (or any other berry) - 150 Grams
- sugar - 120 Grams
- water - 1 liter
Rinse the berries and squeeze out the juice from them. In the pulp, pour hot water, keep on a small fire for 5-8 minutes, remove from heat and leave for half an hour. Pour through a sieve the beverage and stir with sugar. Then add the juice and cool it.
