Ingredients:

• Orange 1 pc.
• Boiled water 3 l
• Sugar 300 g
• Yeast dry 12 g

Instructions

• Step 1 To prepare kvass on oranges, let's take an orange, boiled water, sugar, yeast dry.
• Step 2 We pour the orange with boiling water and cut into slices.
• Step 3 Put in a three-liter jar.
• Step 4 There we pour sugar and yeast.
• Step 5 Pour water and mix.
• Step 6 Cover with a dense cloth and leave for a day in a warm place.
• Step 7 After a day kvass filter and cool in the refrigerator.
• Step 8 Our kvass on oranges is ready!
