Homemade orange kvass The heat has come and we are increasingly looking for various soft drinks. One of these drinks is kvass, which is deservedly called the traditional Slavic drink. Kvass is bread, okroshechny, fruit, berry, milk, honey. Kvass is easily prepared both in industrial and domestic conditions. And in the preparation at home, yeast or crackers and sugar are most often used, and to add a variety of tastes add mint, berries, fruits, raisins and much more. As an option, I suggest you cook homemade kvass on oranges.
Ingredients:- Orange 1 pc.
- Boiled water 3 l
- Sugar 300 g
- Yeast dry 12 g
- Step 1 To prepare kvass on oranges, let's take an orange, boiled water, sugar, yeast dry.
- Step 2 We pour the orange with boiling water and cut into slices.
- Step 3 Put in a three-liter jar.
- Step 4 There we pour sugar and yeast.
- Step 5 Pour water and mix.
- Step 6 Cover with a dense cloth and leave for a day in a warm place.
- Step 7 After a day kvass filter and cool in the refrigerator.
- Step 8 Our kvass on oranges is ready!
