Juicy rolls Juicy, delicious "fingers" of pork, with bacon, fragrant garlic, onions, parsley and dill - an excellent meat dish for a festive table, and for a casual meal! Salo should be chosen soft, not salty, and the flesh of pork should be fresh, it's good to cut into layers and fight back to the finest state! Serve these "fingers" with mashed potatoes!
Ingredients:- Pork pulp 400g
- Fat is fresh 150 g
- Garlic 8 denticles
- Onion 0.5 pcs.
- Salt 1 tsp.
- Black pepper powder 1 tsp.
- Fresh dill 0.3 bunch
- Parsley fresh 0.3 bunch
- Sunflower refined oil 150 ml
- Step 1 For the preparation of rolls, we need pork pulp, fresh fat, garlic, onions, salt, black pepper, dill and parsley, sunflower refined oil, toothpicks.
- Step 2 Pork pulp cut into plates, beat them to the finest state. It is convenient to do this by covering the meat when it is beaten with food film. Sprinkle each slice with black pepper. Do not salt!
- Step 3 With the fat, remove the peel, cut it into cubes - as small as we can! To twist through a meat grinder or to use a blender it is impossible, only we cut!
- Step 4 Onion and garlic is cleaned, also cut into very small cubes. Add to the fat.
- Step 5 Grind the greens of parsley and dill, add to the salad with garlic and onions, also add salt. Thoroughly mix - the filling is ready!
- Step 6 For each piece of beaten meat lay out 2 tsp. fillings.
- Step 7 We roll with rolls, fastening them with toothpicks.
- Step 8 I got 12 fingers.
- Step 9 Fry the "fingers" on a heavily heated frying pan in sunflower refined oil on all sides until a golden crust is obtained. Long frying is not necessary!
- Step 10 Put the fried "fingers" in the baking dish. We pour them with oil, in which they are fried. We put in the oven preheated to 180 ° C, cover the form with foil, bake for about 25-30 minutes.
- Step 11 Serve the "fingers" hot, taking out the toothpicks, with the mashed potatoes, watering the juice obtained with baking!
