Pork in a "rich" sauce Pieces of tender, juicy pork in a stunning, "rich" sauce! The highlight of this dish, I thought, was not even in the meat itself, but in the sauce. The sauce turned out so amazing, spicy and slightly spicy thanks to ginger and soy sauce, fragrant thanks to garlic and at the same time very gentle (after all its base is cream and starch)! I strongly recommend that you try it with fresh rice!
Ingredients:- Pork pulp 500g
- Cream 300 ml
- Potato starch 2 tsp.
- Fresh ginger 3 tsp.
- Garlic 1 clove
- Onions 1 pc.
- Soy sauce 3 tbsp. l.
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 100 ml
- Sesame White 1 tbsp. l.
- Salt 1 tsp.
- Pepper black ground 0.3 tsp.
- Step 1 To make pork in creamy ginger sauce, we need the flesh of pork, onion, fresh ginger, garlic, white sesame, cream 15% fat, soy sauce, sunflower refined oil, potato starch, salt, black pepper.
- Step 2 Pork flesh is cut into oblong pieces of medium size.
- Step 3 Cut the garlic and onions finely, ginger rub on a small grater.
- Step 4 On sunflower refined oil fry the pork for 7 minutes.
- Step 5 Add the onion, stir and fry for about 5 minutes.

- Step 7 Pour in the soy sauce.
- Step 8 Next, immediately pour the cream, let the sauce boil.
- Step 9 We fall asleep starch, intensively mix, so that the starch evenly dissolves in the cream. Reduce the heat to the minimum and stew for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
