Lenten pie with cabbage

In a deep bowl we sift the flour two or three times. During the sieving process, the lump is broken. Ingredients: Instructions

In a deep bowl we sift the flour two or three times. During the sifting, lumps of flour are broken, it interacts with oxygen and becomes lighter, airy. In a glass of warm water, stir sugar and a quarter of a teaspoon of salt, here we also add yeast. Leave for 5-10 minutes to allow the yeast to swell well. In the sifted flour, we introduce a liquid mixture, there also add vegetable oil. Stir with a spoon. When the dough becomes dense enough to be handled with, we shift it from the pan to the work surface and with good hands for 5-10 minutes. Mesim until the dough ceases to stick to the hands. A well-mixed dough is returned to a pan or bowl, covered with a towel and sent to a warm place for an hour and a half. For an hour and a half the dough will increase in volume approximately twice. Now it is necessary to again thoroughly knead the dough, return it to the pan and send it to a warm place under the towel for another 30 minutes. In the meantime, proceed to the preparation of the filling. We take cabbage, cut into small squares 1 to 1 cm, or finely shred (to whom as more like it). In a frying pan warm up a little oil, add the cut cabbage. Solim, pepper to taste and cook on medium heat. Cooking, stirring, 15-20 minutes (depending on what kind of cabbage you like more - softer or more crispy). Then remove the frying pan from the fire. Approached the dough is divided into two approximately equal parts. One part is rolled into a flat cake the size of a little more than a baking dish. The form for baking is lubricated with oil, we spread into it a rolled out dough cake. Spread the cabbage. The second half of the test is rolled out, we cover our stuffing. Protect the edges, forming a pie. We pierce the dough with a toothpick in several places for air, from above we grease the pie with olive oil. We put in the oven, heated to 200 degrees, and bake 20-25 minutes before a ruddy crust. Lenten pie with cabbage is ready. Bon Appetit! ;)
