- of dry beans - 225 Grams
- olive oil - 4-5 Art. spoons (preferably higher grades)
- garlic - 2 teeth (roughly chopped)
- Sage leaves - 5-6 pieces
- Tomatoes - 110 Grams
In the pan, pour in the olive oil, put the fire in the middle. Add garlic and sage. Fry until the garlic begins to change color to a pale brown. Add the beans, salt and pepper. Fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the tomatoes and cook for 20 minutes until the beans are soft. Mix. Add some water if the beans are dry.
