In a large frying pan heat the oil over medium heat. Grate chicken with salt and pepper. Cook the chicken until brown, from 6 to 8 minutes. Put chicken in a plate. Put the onions in a frying pan, season with salt and pepper. Fry, stirring, until the onion turns brown, from 3 to 5 minutes. Reduce the heat if the onion burns too fast. Add wine and chicken. Fry for 8 to 10 minutes. Add prunes and serve.
