Portion dessert This dessert is similar in preparation and taste for pudding. However, in this recipe there are no eggs. Dessert is very delicate. The combination of two colors make it elegant and festive. Fried nuts and raisins give a special flavor to the chocolate and vanilla mass. In the recipe, I used a vanilla stick and cocoa powder. Ingredients:- Sugar 100 g
- Chocolate black 10 g
- Cinnamon powder 3 g
- Walnut nuts 10 pcs.
- Butter 20 g
- Vanilla pods 2 grams
- Cocoa powder 2 tbsp. l.
- Milk 400 ml
- Wheat flour 4 tbsp. l.
- Dark raisins 50 g
- Step 1 To prepare the dessert, take sugar, flour, milk, cocoa powder, vanilla pod, butter, walnuts, cinnamon, chocolate for decoration.
- Step 2 Sift the flour. Mix the flour and sugar.
- Step 3 Pour cold milk, stirring all the time. Stir the flour in the milk so that there are no lumps. Put on a slow fire. Cook until thick, stirring.
- Step 4 Add the butter. Boil another couple of minutes. Divide the milk weight into 2 equal parts.
- Step 5 In one of the parts add a little 1-2 grams of vanilla seeds from the pod. Mix. To warm over low heat for 1 minute, stirring.
- Step 6 In the second part, add the cocoa powder and ground cinnamon. Mix. To warm over low heat for 1 minute, stirring.
- Step 7 Cover the dessert mass of two colors covered with a film. Cool it down.
- Step 8 Raisin the dark fine wash. Debate on a paper towel. Nuts to clean. To fry. Use a bag to remove the husks. Fold the nuts into a new bag and grind them with a rolling pin.
- Step 9 Put the dessert mass in culinary packages.
- Step 10 For dessert, prepare small glasses-shots or glasses. Fill the glasses with layers of dessert alternately. Each layer is compacted by stirring with a wooden skewer.
- Step 11 Add a layer of nuts and raisins between layers of dessert mass.
