- flour - 1 glass
- water - 1 glass
- baking powder - 1 teaspoon (or 0.5 teaspoons of soda and a few drops of lemon juice)
- honey or sugar - To taste
- vegetable oil - To taste
Preparation: Mix the flour with a baking powder (or quick-baking soda) in a bowl. Stir the water with lemon juice and add to the flour. Mix well. Add sugar or honey, stir. You should get a dough, a consistency reminiscent of not very thick sour cream. Add a little vegetable oil, if you plan to grill pancakes in a dry frying pan. With the help of a ladle pour the dough into a heated frying pan and fry until ruddy on both sides.
