- White wheat bread (slices) - 6 pieces
- Garlic (heads) - 4 pieces
- Chicken broth (cubes) - 4 pieces
- Fatty Cream - 1 Glass
- Butter - 2 Art. spoons
- Salt - - To taste
1. Peel the garlic. 2. Cut off the bread crust. 3. Put the garlic in a pot of water (cover the garlic on the half-finger with water), put on the fire. Remove when the water starts to "make noise," but do not bring it to a boil. Drain the water. Then pour in a new one and repeat the procedure. Then fill the pan with 3 1/2 cups of water, add the garlic and broth cubes. 4. After 7-8 minutes, when garlic becomes soft, add bread (you can crumble), boil, then cream and bring to a boil again. Add the oil. When the oil melts, remove from the plate. The soup is whipped with a blender and poured into plates. Pleasant!
