- Pork ribs - 1 Kilogram
- Bow - 3 pieces
- Salt - Pepper To taste
- Rosemary - 2 Pinches (You can use it, both dried and fresh)
- Garlic - 1 Tooth
Pork ribs washed, cut portionwise. Salt and pepper. Onions need to be cleaned and cut into half rings. Ribs are folded into a multicolour, add chopped onions, rosemary and garlic. Switch on the "quenching" mode for 2 hours.
